* Trail rides must be reserved in advance on our registration form as space is limited. Extra cost of $25/person and payable directly to Camp Waredaca when you arrive at Camp.
Activities Description
Trail Rides – Hour-long guided tour of Waredaca
Scavenger Hunt – Teams compete to find Camp treasures and relics
Fishing – Try your luck in the Camp Lake using the good ol’ bamboo poles
Swimming – Buddy up for free swim down at the lake waterfront
Hiking – Enjoy a relaxing walking tour of Camp on your own
Skit Planning – Put together a 5 minute skit to be performed at Chapel later that evening
Barn Dance – Get ready to swing your partner and do-se-do as we bring back the infamous barn square dance
Cost and What’s Included
Cost/person (Adult and Children) is $130 if payment is postmarked by May 31, $150 thereafter.

· Alcoholic beverages (cash bar 4:30 – 7:30 PM) [NOTE: Camp has asked that you DO NOT bring your own cooler with any alcoholic beverages as this is not covered under their insurance.]

Meals Description (Catered by P.J. Pumpernickels Deli of Olney)
Saturday lunch: Deli sandwich platters, fruit, veggies & dip, cookies, soda & water
Saturday dinner: Pulled BBQ pork & beef, green, pasta and potato salad, cornbread, hot dogs, hamburgers, veggie lasagna, pasta primavera, soda, water & coffee plus a full cash bar.
Sunday breakfast: Bagels & cream cheese, fruit, muffins & Danish, coffee, tea & juice.
Lodging Information
Rooms can be reserved at the Gaithersburg Holiday Inn, 2 Montgomery Village Ave., 1-800-465-4329 or 301-948-8900. Ask for the “Waredaca” group discount of $79/room. The hotel is about 30 minutes from Camp. You may also camp out in the Orchard on Saturday evening in either the cabins, your own tent or under the stars.
